I am an Iranian psychologist living in Vienna, Austria with over 20 years of work experience in psychotherapy and counselling. I speak Farsi (Persian), Turkish, English and German. My academic career started with a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Tehran and went on to receive my master’s degree in counselling psychology. The subject of my thesis was “The Effects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on Psychological Problems of Infertile Women Undergoing IVF-ET Treatment”. My academic career ended with a doctorate’s degree in the Science of Psychotherapy from Sigmund Freud University in Vienna and my thesis was centered around the “Psychological Problems of Iranian Immigrants and Refugees Living in Vienna”.
